Best In Class stands behind our network member providers by working with the property owners to ensure your satisfaction. Most all of our providers guarantee their work and products, this is one of the qualifications of being a member of our exclusive network.
However, in the rare occasion that a project goes wrong, Best In Class works as a Consumer / Service Provider advocate to work through issues. Best In Class has three methods of making sure your services are delivered at the highest standards and guaranteed.
1. Consumer Ratings of Service Providers. Each and every customer is provided an opportunity to grade the performance of each job complete by our members. We complete a survey at he completion of every job.
2. Service Provider Peer Review Board. Best In Class has a Service Provider Review Board to review a project that has issues. Not only do our consumers rate our Service Providers but they are also monitored by our membership.
3. Arbitration. Best In Class has secured the services of local arbitration firms in each market to work as a last result. These relationships ensure the lowest cost to resolve those rare occasions where a dispute gets to this level. To date, No Best In Class customer has ever reached this phase because of our first two levels.
