We were informed that there was a chance that the NBA Developmental League playoffs would create a conflict with our dates of the show because the Colorado 14er’s, the basketball franchise of the event center, has qualified for the playoffs. This is the first year of the Broomfield Event Center participating in the NBA developmental league and their first year of operations and there was an error made in bookings logistics with our event and the NBA requirements for the playoffs. As you can imagine, we were very upset by this change and spent many hours with the BEC executive management team, and the NBA searching for resolution that works for all. We have worked round the clock and have been in scramble mode since we were informed of the possibilities. It was confirmed that this scheduling error has resulted to move our spring show to May 12th and 13th.
